Belgravia Group’s 38-unit luxury condo development takes shape in River North

Three Sixty West- Belgravia Group’s new 122,000-square-foot, 12-floor building will host 38 luxurious River North condos and 52 indoor parking spaces. Located at 360 W Erie St, GREC Architects designed the building with spacious units featuring 10-foot ceilings and private outdoor patios.
Three Sixty West tenants will have shared access to amenities including a dog run, on-site yoga studio and fitness area as well as a rooftop lounge. On-site interior designers will be available for complimentary design consultations.
Planned units in the building will range in size from between 1,800 and 2,500 square-feet. Kitchens will be outfitted with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero, Wolf and Asko appliances.
Within the past few years, several residential projects have been completed around Three Sixty West, including 400 W Huron, while other projects, such as Superior House are currently under-construction.
