Construction crews are busy piecing together Milieu at the corner of Adams and Peoria. This 19-floor apartment building was designed by FitzGerald Associates and is being co-developed by White Oak Realty Partners and Crayton Advisors.

Milieu overlooks the Mary Bartelme Park, a full-block, West Loop gem. The building enjoys a central location to shopping in the West Loop as well as Greektown and Randolph Street restaurants.

Targeting a mid-2019 delivery, Power Construction is acting as general contractor for the build-out of Milieu. To accommodate the project, a two-floor low-rise at 855 W Adams was demoed.

The new building at 205 S Peoria will ultimately have 275 for-rent apartments and 183 parking spaces. Interior layouts include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments designed by Patina Collection / Design. A total of 13,000 square-feet of retail opportunity will be available along Adams and Peoria.

Several apartment buildings have been completed in the area around Milieu over the past few years, including Gateway West Loop and 111 S Peoria. Union West is a multi-building, mixed-use complex also rising steadily nearby.
