River North mid-rise, The Hensley offers luxurious, condo-quality apartments

Akara Partners creates an upscale living environment within a relatively low-profile building. Situated at 707 N Wells, on the same block as Exhibit on Superior, The Hensley reaches 11 floors above ground and contains 43 luxury rental units.
These River North apartments are equipped with condo-quality finishes. Each individual unit features Samsung appliances, plank flooring, Grohe fixtures, nine-foot ceilings and a private covered balcony. A number of the building’s units were designed with a separate dining area and NEST thermostat systems. Altogether, The Hensley offers a selection of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, each with a ratio of one bathroom per bedroom.
Designers at Pappageorge Haymes Partners clad The Hensley in light, beige-colored brick and topped the building with a beautiful, landscaped rooftop deck. GT Prime Steakhouse anchors the building’s ground floor retail space.
The Hensley was nearing completion just as developers were breaking ground on the 34-floor Exhibit on Superior building next door.
