Twelve01West will bring around 128,000 square-feet of new office space for lease to the Fulton Market area. Designed by Antunovich Associates and developed by McCaffery Interests, this building will offer wide open floor-plate options for prospective tenants.
W.E. O’Neil is acting as general contractor for this contemporary-design office building project. Construction of Twelve01West consists of exposed concrete structure and window wall exterior. Designers planned for an 11,000-square-foot retail component on the ground floor of the building along Lake St and Racine Ave. The development will also include 45 indoor parking spaces.
Shared office amenities awaiting future tenants of the building include a rooftop deck, private fitness center, bike room and private lounge.
Twelve01West is located at 1201 W Lake St., a couple blocks to the east of The Mason at Lake & Ada.
