Luxury rental building replaces church parking lot at 905 N Orleans

LEED-certified Niche 905 features 202 high-end, luxury apartments atop a 167-car parking podium. All units within the 293,000-square-foot building have oversized closets, floor-to-ceiling windows, plank flooring throughout and most have private balconies.

An abundance of shared-access amenities spaces are available to tenants of Niche 905 including a rooftop deck area, community garden space and fitness center with yoga studios. Pet owners in these pet-friendly apartments can enjoy access to a dog-run as well as a pet-grooming area.   

FitzGerald Associates Architects designed the $57 million, 18-floor, Cabrini Green high-rise, while Power Construction completed the build-out. Niche 905 was delivered to co-developers Ascend Real Estate Group and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation in April, 2017.

Niche 905 joins NEXT and several other residential projects popping up around the Cabrini Green neighborhood during the latest development boom.
