Jupiter Realty Co. and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation bring 336-room, dual-brand Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites project to the West Loop

The West Loop’s Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites hotel was a Jupiter Realty Co. and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation co-development. This 300,000-square-foot, dual-brand hotel brings a total of 336 new hotel rooms to the area. Developers tapped VOA Associates (Stantec) for the design of this 24-floor building and Power Construction for the build-out.

Plans for the development called for a 210-room Hampton Inn and 126-room Homewood Suites by Hilton component within the same structure. Dual-branding allows for shared amenities and back-of-house operations. Guests of both the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites can enjoy access to an indoor pool, fitness center and outdoor landscaped terrace.

This LEED-Silver building features exposed concrete façade and partial glass curtain wall construction. Subtle industrial details were integrated throughout the design of the hotel. Approximately 7,500 square-feet of retail front Jefferson Ave.
