Uptown TOD tops-out at Sheridan and Wilson

CRG’s newest residential TOD will have 149 pet-friendly apartments and 29 parking spaces. The 12-floor project is currently under-construction and topped-out in Uptown at 975 W Wilson.
BatesForum’s building design includes 5,000 square-feet of retail space at ground level and a 2,000-square foot rooftop deck. Residents of the new development can forgo trips to the gym, coffee shop and even the dog groomer by taking advantage of the building’s on-site fitness center, coffee bar and dog salon.
Developers acquired the site at the southeast corner of Wilson and Sheridan for about $2.3 million in February, 2018. Construction on the 123,000-square-foot project began soon thereafter, with Clayco as general contractor.
A total of $1 million will be contributed to Chicago’s Housing Opportunity Fund and seven units within the building will be set aside as affordable housing units as part of the project
