Completed in 1989, NBC Tower at Cityfront Plaza is a prime example of Post-modern architecture with Art-Deco influences. Architects at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed this 36-floor, Class-A office tower. Floor plates within the 897,770-square-foot building range in size from 26,000-37,000 square-feet.

Through sustainable construction and operational methods, developers and designers were able to obtain LEED certification as well as Energy Star certification for the building. Current owners have committed the building to Chicago’s Retrofit Chicago program, which aims to reduce the energy use within commercial buildings by 20% within a span of five years

Tenants of NBC Tower at Cityfront Plaza have private access to several amenities including a fully-equipped, in-house fitness center. A 50-person conference center with boardrooms, training rooms and much more is available by reservation.
