Upon completion, Gr333n, a Gensler-designed modern office building, will bring over 555,000 square feet of new office space to Chicago’s Fulton Market area. Developed by Sterling Bay, Gr333n will top-off at 19 floors over the former site of a parking lot across from the old COYNE College.

Located at 333 N Green St, the new office building will be equipped with a green roof, fitness center, tenant lounge, conference center, gaming area and yoga room. A shuttle service will run direct routes from the building to and from Ogilvie Transportations Center and Union Station. With over 35,000 square-feet of dedicated retail space there will be no shortage of retail options for Gr333n tenants.

Gensler designed a ‘kinetic wall’ around the building’s 300-space parking podium. The subtle movement of the installation in the wind will act as a constantly-changing art installation. Steps and landscaping address the somewhat steep grade difference between Halsted and Green Sts.

London-based advertising company, WPP Group already plans on leasing over 250,000 square-feet of space within the new building.
